Quality Assurance Engineer

And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our innovative team as our new bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our Cloud and Firmware teams with experience in API testing, functional testing, and automated testing.

Your in-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and creative and critical thinking skills will help us ensure the high quality of our smart locker solutions, meeting customer expectations and maintaining reliability, performance and adaptability. What you’ll be doing: Create and map test scenariosCollaborate with the development team to ensure product qualityWork directly with the team to promote a strong culture of qualityDemonstrate proactive behavior in identifying risks and improvement opportunitiesPerform API tests to ensure their correct operationIdentify, record, and track bugsReview system requirements, specifications, and technical documentsEvaluate test results and collaborate with the development team to solve problemsProvide feedback to the development team and offer suggestions for improvements What you’ll bring to the table: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processesExperience with test case developmentExperience in manual functional testingKnowledge of Agile methodologiesKnowledge of API tools (such as Postman, Swagger) It would be great if you would also have: Experience in programming languages (such as JavaScript, TypeScript)Knowledge of automation frameworks (such as Playwright, Cypress)Firmware/hardware functional testing Experience with IoT devicesKnowledge of version control systems and CI/CD automation using GitHub ActionsLoad and performance testing experienceStartup / Scaleup experience Why join us?
