You design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focusWhere required for delivery, stability or safe migration, you actively contribute to changes in legacy systemsYou translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementationsYou identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstaclesExisting systems are continuously improved by you through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operationYou collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependenciesJunior engineers are supported by you through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practicesYour profileYou bring 5+ years of experience as a Software EngineerYou have strong skills in modern backend technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot or comparable stacksYou are comfortable working in heterogeneous environments, including legacy systemsYou turn unclear requirements and implicit business logic into solid technical solutionsAPIs, integration patterns, data models and operational implications of technical decisions are familiar to youYou value high engineering standards: testability, code quality, maintainability and production awarenessYou confidently use AI tools as productivity enablers without compromising quality or accountabilityWhy us?We live and breathe team spirit: To us, YOU matter.
