In your day-to-day, you will Build, improve, and maintain AI agents, prompts, automations, integrations, and lightweight AI-enabled workflows Develop prototypes and working solutions for prioritized business use cases Configure solution logic, instructions, tools, data inputs, and integrations using approved technologies Test AI solutions across expected, edge, and failure scenarios Troubleshoot issues involving prompts, logic, integrations, data, access, or agent behavior Document solution configurations, internal processes, prompts, integrations, testing results, and known limitations Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors, and other technical partners throughout solution development Skills you have   Strong foundation in programming and software development concepts, with working knowledge of at least one programming language Hands-on experience building with generative AI through personal, academic, internship, freelance, or professional projects Familiarity with structured prompt development and instruction design Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, variables, conditional logic, integrations, and automation concepts Experience with AI, automation, or agent-building tools Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new technologies independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams Skills that will make you stand out   Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, or related Microsoft technologies Familiarity with Git, version control, API testing, cloud platforms, or other development tools and practices Experience using AI-assisted development tools Academic or professional background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field Exposure to enterprise applications or business process automation You’ll be entitled to 15 Days PTO Salary in USD Flexible working hours High-impact role with strong ownership Opportunity to work in an amazing environment
