As a Services Delivery Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of that experience: translating customer requirements into working solutions, troubleshooting deployment issues at their root cause, and partnering with Engineering and Product to make every future rollout smoother than the last. Who we seek: BigID is growing quickly, and we are expanding our Services team and seeking a Professional Services Engineer in the EST time zone.
